PRE-SAVE our mother and daughter duet version of “Can´t help falling in love” . This song about love is so precious to so many people and it was first recorded by Elvis Presley in 1961 for the film Blue Hawai. Our duo version will be released on my mothers birthday 27. october . My mother was or rather is a big Elvis fan and as a small child I remember her crying on the day he died.

In 2022 i recorded and released a song named after the swedish SVT music documentary Jills Veranda and I am now working on an album inspired by the american singersongwriter , americana and indie western genres to follow up my song Jills Veranda. “Can´t help falling in love” will be the 2. single from my forthcoming album and I hope you like our take on this gem. It was an absolute joy to record it with my daughter Hannah Veronica who sings the second voice and helped me create beautiful layers of backing cocals. My cello creates a subtle core of the song and co-producer Kjetil Steensnæs has dressed it in beautiful and transparent layers of guitars, bass and pedal steel.
